If the wheels are pitted or scratched, or have a durabrite finish, they will need to be sanded.

Pricing depends on size of tank and condition. For example a tank that just needs polished would be less expensive than a tank that needs completely sanded.
Tanks are polished from top weld to bottom weld. This includes fenders, tubes, wheels and fuel tanks if applicable.
